Behind every TaoYuan tree is a real factory and real artisans. For three decades we've shaped trunks, wound branches and raised towering frames by hand — no shortcuts, no mass-moulded plastic.
From raw timber and root stock to the final leaf, every piece passes through the hands of our craftspeople. Here's how it's made.
We begin with genuine wood — trunks, roots and branches selected and seasoned in our yard. Real-wood cores give every tree the weight, texture and irregular character that moulded plastic can never fake.
Artisans carve, sand and paint each trunk, then hand-wind thousands of leaves and blossoms onto the frame. This is where 95% 1:1 realism is won — one branch, one leaf at a time.
For large-scale trees, our teams raise steel-reinforced frames on scaffolding — building lobby centrepieces several metres tall that are stable, transportable and made to last for years.
